The staff here were excellent and made our stay fantastic.

I truly enjoyed the different room options, especially new-fashioned guest room with comfortable beds. The location was particularly good - within a walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. There was a good restaurant, a main market and a market next door.

Everything....from the reception people...staff...rooms...to the breakfast!

We appreciated guest room with comfortable beds. Its location was magnificent, to the main attractions of Izmir. The service was incredible.

The stuff was friendly and the parrot next to reception was very funny, it was making cat noises like "miaou miaou" (lol)

The Hotel was under construction 24hours per day and we couldn't sleep with so much noise at night. The breakfast was very poor with no fruits at all.

The guest room was well-maintained and well-equipped with comfortable beds. the location was absolutely perfect, next door to Basmane Square. - It was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The food here was really tasty! the staff were quick to help us out. Our room had twin beds that were comfy, and it also had a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. 🛌

Its location at a moderate distance from Kemeralti Market was magnificent and perfect. The hotel was set in a business area;)))

some room very small and some bıg but no desk or table to work or put laptop. The management was very helpful

The hotel doıng renovatıon and second and thırd floors were closed and the asonsor( left ) was not clean and movıng materıal from the same left customer use ıt. A bırd ın the laby make so much nıse to be ın Bırd zoo. No one have knoledge of sıghtseeıng and places to go ın Izmır

The staff at New Hotel Zeybek were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience.

Hotel was clean, nice and new rooms and polite staff.

Breakfast is regular maybe a bit poor.

The hotel was of fair standard, the staff were not tht friendly or helpful. The location was very close to shopping and train station. I would only stay in this hotel again if in transit not for leisure.

The beds were comfy, the room was practical and up-to-date. This place is right in the middle of everything, so convenient! 🌟 There's an Emniyet restaurant just a few steps away.

The reception staff were very helpful by responding as best they could to any requests I made. I was even taken by car to the event I was attending as it was some way from the hotel. My refurbished room was well designed and very modern. I would stay again in the future with my partner.

I was disappointed that major refurbishment works were taking place at the Hotel, hence why I was accommodated on the top floor, which appeared to be the only floor complete. On my first night work stopped on the floor below at approx 8pm. The stairs were being used by the workmen which had equipment, tools etc all over them. I had no choice but to use the lift which was extremely old. My 1st thought was this would be a hazard in the event of a fire breaking out and the escape route being blocked. Therefore I am concerned that Booked.net were not aware of this fact, consequently I felt that I was over-charged given the hotel's current state. Having said that my room was good.
